  3. All prices are in EUR. VAT is not charged.

  4. Payments are handled via secure international payment providers.

  5. Average delivery time is 7–14 business days.

  6. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back.

  7. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  8. Goods remain our property until fully paid.

  9. The laws of Hong Kong apply. Jurisdiction is Hong Kong.

We offer a voluntary 14-day return period starting from the delivery date.
Please contact us before returning any items.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
